The registration fee will cover tuition, Symposia literature, certificate of attendance, the AACE annual reception, lunch & coffee breaks for the conference only.
Online registration is closed for the First Clinical Congress and Gulf Chapter Meeting.
Registration opens Wednesday, October 2nd at 3:30 pm at the registration desk in the functional area in front of the ballroom. Attendee's will receive their name badge, which includes the bar code necessary to receive CME credit, program, congress bag and other information upon arrival and check-in at the registration desk.
Onsite registration is possible during the following timings:
Companies that would like to sponsor a group of delegates attending the conference may do so by using the special group registration fee. A group consists of a minimum of 10 persons.
Group registration is available for groups of at least 10 participants. One contact person should coordinate with the congress organizers
All registration information will be sent to the group contact person, who will then be responsible for distribution to the group.
Payment should preferably be made online through our online registration module. Following mode of payment is accepted (Eurocard/Mastercard, VISA, American Express and PayPal)
Payments can also be done by direct bank transfer.
Please note that bank transmission fees have to be paid by the transmitter. Bank details are as follows:
A copy of the bank receipt together with a scanned copy of the completed registration form that can be downloaded from here must be scanned and sent by e-mailed to email@example.com
Please bear in mind that an international bank transfer can take up to 10 days to reach our account. If payment is not received by the corresponding deadline (early or standard registration), the subsequent rate will automatically apply
Attendance at the announces The First Clinical Congress and Gulf Chapter Annual Meeting is open to AACE physician members and non-members (MD and DO) and Allied Health Professionals (AHP), including clinical pharmacists, senior nurses, dietitians, etc.
You have the option to register for a full registration (Thurs-Saturday) or a daily registration in which you can choose the days you want to attend.
Spouses or guests of attendee's are not allowed to attend scientific sessions and are further permitted to attend the coffee breaks and lunches.
Pharmaceutical representatives whose companies are represented in the function hall cannot officially register for a session but can attend if space is available. Product materials cannot be displayed in meeting rooms, and distribution of product information during meetings is strictly prohibited.
Receipt on participation
Upon completion of registration and confirmation on payment you will receive an email confirming your registration. The confirmation will contain a registration number which will be used during registration.
One month or more prior to the announced event date: refunds are provided AED100 less of indicated registration fees. For international accounts an additional charge on AED150 will be deducted or wire transfer charges.
Cancellation received one month prior to the announced event date will not be refunded, as material for each meeting registrant has already been prepared. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
Gulf Chapter of the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists reserves the right to modify or cancel any or all activities associated with this meeting due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event that we have to unexpectedly cancel the congress, the registration fee, less a processing charge, will be returned to each registrant.
